Your body needs nutrients and energy as it sheds the uterine lining. Focus on nourishment instead.
➡ Eat warm, grounding foods like soups, bone broth, and root vegetables.
➡ Avoid extreme fasting; light intermittent fasting (12-hour overnight fast) is fine if you feel good.

Estrogen is rising, making this the optimal time for fasting, metabolism, and brain function.
➡ Try 16-18 hours of intermittent fasting or a 24-hour fast once a week (sunrise to sunset).
